What is the procedure of getting enrolled as Tutor / Educator in Edushala?
Firstly you need to get enrolled by filling a google form or connect with team member to show your interest for applied classes and areas, then the interview is scheduled in which you have to present any topic on your interested subject(s) and you can discuss your availability and time for which you want to teach
During the interview only, if you qualify the salary will be offered and you can confirm the onboarding after accepting work profile and policies and you can start getting assignment / classes updates when your profile is shared with admission team
What type of tuition do you provide? Coaching based / school teaching etc?
We provide Home tuitions (Bhopal and Indore ) + Online tutoring platform for PAN india and International mode
I am a fresher / zero experience in teaching. Can I apply?
Yes ! you can apply as the hiring is totally based on your demo and your explanation, communication and conceptual grip for the classes that you want to teach
Do I need to prepare through Powerpoint / slides / notes etc. for a demo interview?
For home tuitions you need to prepare any topic and you can present it on pen and paper through back camera option and for online you need to prepare and present through any tool
Is it possible that I can take classes directly at the place?
We can assign you classes only after your onboarding as the interaction with us can enable us to design your work profile better to understand your work experience, expertise and experience and can offer you handsome remuneration for the working hours you want
Are there any registration charges or any amount that I need to pay to get classes?
There will be a processing fee of Rupee 200 which is only charged at the time of your onboarding when you accept the offered work profile and remuneration
What is the salary?
There is no fixed salary but there is range between 4000 - 20000 per month which directly depends on your demo interview, number of hours you are working, experience and expertise on subjects
At which places /locations I need to conduct classes?
The location for your classes will be within 5 -7 km radius and in one direction or in between the route of your students in order to make it manageable and cost effective
If someone is associated with any institute, then how can we teach or i am working in school then ?
There is no boundation that you cannot work with us along with getting associated with other EdTech, Institute or school. This is part time job opportunity which can be beneficiary to your management for expenses
Is a Work From Home opportunity available?
For Home Tuitions : it is completely offline as you need to visit student’s place for conducting the sessions
For online : definitely WFH is available
Also there are inhouse job opportunities available for internships and freelancing
When will I start receiving classes?
Complete your onboarding process and after your profile is shared to the team they will start shortlisting classes for you and approach you directly.
Additionally you will be added in WhatsApp Broadcast group in which you can show interest for the assignments as per your interest and area.
The broadcast is sent to a network of 2500+ tutors so you might receive classes far and near your location.
When will I get my salary / remuneration?
After completing your number of sessions or hours for respective student you need to update the concerned person or dept. Then your remuneration will be lined up and will be processed within 3-4 working days.
What if I need to go to my hometown (for non localite) then how can I apply for leaves?
You need to inform us 8-10 working days prior so that we can possible arrangements for replacement for your student as per situation of classes
What do I need to do if I want to discontinue or no longer want to teach ?
If you want to discontinue due to professional or personal reasons, you need to inform 1 month prior so that we can make possible replacement and you need to serve 1 month notice period and we can settle your Full and Final Amount at the time of discontinuation (if applicable)
If I want to teach only 1 student then what will be my remuneration?
As per the offer letter which is shared at the time of onboarding , you are assigned for the respective number of hours. If you want to teach 1 hour then total remuneration will be divided by number of hours
Is it completely safe to go to a student's place ?
Yes we do work with HNI and working parents we do follow security check and even our admission team visit the place at the time of demo along with you
Can I get classes in the morning hours? Or What is the time of this job?
This is completely flexible but students are generally available after 3 pm as they used to go to school in morning hours. For higher secondary classes (11th -12th) the students are available in morning if they don't attend school regularly or they are dummy students
Which BOARD students do I need to teach?
We deal in all BOARD like MPBOARD, CBSE, ICSE , IGCSE etc even there are some college level requirements for different courses.
My friend wants to teach in Edushala. Can he/she join?
Yes ! for sure if want to refer your friend you can share his / her resume to HR Team and upon his successful onboarding you can receive exciting rewards too
Cannot students visit my place so that I can teach at my home?
Since we deal in HOME TUITIONS majorly so it is mandatory that you need to visit the students place
Where is your office located?
Our head office is located in Kalibadi Rd, Near Natraj Petrol Pump, Berkheda, Near by Carmel Convent School Bhopal
Cannot I visit the office to give my interview?
Yes you can visit and you are welcome but you need to inform us prior so that we can make appointment with Evaluator and the purpose of interview is supposed to be online for the ease of convenience for the candidate
