Can we change the tutor after admission if we are not satisfied
Yes, for sure its part of our service:

Is the tutor well aware of the school pattern?

Is there any discount policy?
Yes, we do have a discount policy. However, our priority is ensuring you're satisfied with the tutor. The details of the discount will be shared after the demo session.
When will you provide a demo?
We will arrange a demo within 24-48 hours of your inquiry.
Can we get two demo sessions?
As per our policy, we provide only one demo session.
Why is the session only 5 days a week for 1 hour?
All our tutors conduct 1-hour classes, which is generally sufficient. However, if you'd like to increase the duration or number of days, we can customize the sessions as per your needs.
Which subjects will the tutor teach?
It depends on the grade of the student:
- For Primary to Grade 6: All subjects.
- For Grades 7-10: Maths, Science, and guidance for other scoring subjects.
How will the tutor manage three subjects in an hour, especially for ICSE students?
The tutor will create a structured timetable, such as dedicating specific days for each subject or focusing on one subject until a chapter is completed.
How will the tutor conduct tests?
Tests will be conducted based on chapters or topics. The frequency of tests (weekly, biweekly, or every 10 days) will be mutually decided.
Will you conduct any tests or provide study materials?
Yes, we will assign an Academic Coach and Study Supervisor who will coordinate with you regarding academics, tests, and progress tracking. (Except EHC explanation)
What is the process for admission?
he admission process is simple. Once you confirm, we will guide you through the fee submission and onboarding process.
Can we take leaves, and how will they be compensated?
Yes, students can take leaves, but we will explain the leave policy in detail before onboarding.
Can we start from the 1st of the month or Monday since it’s a monthly session?
The session cycle is based on completion of classes, not on calendar dates. You can start on any day, and the 21/24 sessions will be completed accordingly.
What about holidays?
Classes will be on hold during holidays and will resume as per the schedule afterward.
Before completing the admission process, can we visit your office?
Yes, definitely! You are welcome to visit our office for authentication and better understanding.
- For high-ticket enrollments, we encourage visits.
- For other cases, we may send our executive for fee collection.
